FULL SYNOPSIS:

In the near future, amidst the mystical landscapes of modern-day Great Britain, the boundaries between cosmic intrigue and earthly existence are challenged in ‘To Walk Amongst You’. Stephen, a rational IT engineer, embarks on a journey to Scotland with his husband Ryan, intending to celebrate their first wedding anniversary. As they drive through the verdant countryside, their idyllic trip turns catastrophic with a sudden car accident. Ryan dies upon impact, leaving Stephen devastated.

Meanwhile, in a seemingly parallel tragedy, a young woman named Beverly overdoses on heroin, her soul departing to make room for a far more ancient and celestial presence—God. As a powerful alien entity reborn into her human form, God is poised to reclaim her dominion over humanity, whom she views as a failed experiment in free will, instigated by her fellow ancients, Adam and Eve.

Stephen’s grief deepens when Ryan’s body becomes the host for Adam, a detached, mission-driven alien previously unknown to him. Adam, viewing humanity primarily as Eve’s ongoing experiment, initially sees Stephen merely as a distraction. Despite this, Stephen decides to stick with Adam as they venture to a small village near Stonehenge. There, Eve believes God and her loyal follower Lilith have plotted to use the ancient site as a portal to their submerged alien ship—a vessel holding the means to unleash a devastating ‘Flood’ virus upon humanity.

At Stonehenge, a cosmic confrontation unfolds where Adam, Eve, and Stephen attempt to thwart God and Lilith’s plans. Despite their efforts, God and Lilith reach the portal and disappear into the alien realm. In a desperate pursuit to avert global catastrophe, Stephen, Adam, and Eve make the perilous decision to follow through the portal themselves, landing aboard the underwater spaceship.

Within the ship, a final battle against time begins. Adam and Eve reveal to Stephen that there exists an ancient device that can prevent God from executing her apocalyptic plan. As God tries to compel Adam and Eve to transform and enable her divine cataclysm, Stephen rises to the challenge, disrupting the process with a surge of human bravery and ingenuity.

In a dramatic showdown, Lilith meets her end at the hands of the determined trio. God, caught in the throes of her own flawed narrative, is ensnared within a sarcophagus of living stone—an ironic prison for all eternity. The once indomitable force now rests within the British Museum, an exhibit unbeknownst to the passing tourists, offering a silent testament to the power struggles humans remain oblivious to.

Ultimately, Stephen emerges as a hero who has reconciled loss with newfound purpose. His alliances with Adam and Eve shape a future where humanity can breathe freely, and the eternal discourse of free will versus divine intervention continues as a timeless narrative.
